Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories

  • Items marked as non-returnable


How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
